Well, honestly, it's been beyond ages since I've submitted anything or updated my journal but there is something so "deep" and consuming about dA. I've been on here for a good long while, mostly ogling the retarded amounts of talent slapping me in the gob, and am so missing out on all the dA love from submitting my own work.

Also, I constantly see all sorts of tech'ed out journals on some user's pages and can plainly observe how stupidly awesome they all look. So I just might try and figure out how to go about doing that, so long as I can avoid CSS. Not that I don't appreciate CSS and it's elegance, but I left IT and Web Design for a reason....

I think I may take down some of my oldest works here, keep the ones I really like, which I consider somewhat "timeless", and start to work on some new abstract/tech pieces, ultimately getting in touch with my so-called roots.

I find that I've grown a lot and am really enjoying dA for its atmosphere and talent, rather than forum-whoring myself out desperately seeking favs and so on and so on.
